Sum Wah™ 4-8 Breath
Sum Wah™ is diaphragmatic breathing — breathe from the belly, not the chest. The Sum Wah™ breath is the 4-8 breath: inhale through the nose for a count of 4, exhale through the mouth for a count of 8.
